Staf lambat refund depesit. Janji sebulan, dah 3 bulan belum refund. Macam2 alasan.

Nice car rental services by Europcar KK airport. Received good conditioned of Bezza car that replaced first car offered that found front tyres in bad condition. They managed to offered new unit car with satisfaction condition. Staffs are friendly & professional. Rent car in clean condition & low mileage. Hopefully they can put phone holder in each rent car to ease driver using navigation apps on phone.

After a bad experience with a local car rental company we decided to go for something global and Europcar was the right choice. The lady was vere helpful and informative, the last minute preis fair. We took the full insurance as we have heard that the roads are in very different conditions, from quite new to veeeery demanding. Anyway the whole idea was good, because we were independent and could enjoy the time fully. Thank you:)

The staff at the counter was friendly and very helpful. They patiently explain the terms and conditions and the dos and donts of renting their car. We receive similar service when returning the car. The car that we rented was a Perodua Bezza. The car was clean and on good condition. We drove to and from Kota Kinabalu to Kundasang without any problem. I strongly recommend Europcar if you are thinking of renting a vehicle in Sabah.

Hired a car for 3 full days from Europacar, no issues at all, very quick and easy. Staff were polite and explained everything thoroughly. We travelled from Kota Kinabalu to Sandakan across Sabah. The roads are not good in places so glad we did it in the day time. Amazing adventures with some great stops on the way, finally got to see Sun bears and Orangutangs, well worth it👍🏻
