Fantastic team they have here. Thank you Farid, Don, Imal, Esther and the avis KK team for taking good care of us when we were stranded in the floods! The car was also good to drive. As an Avis member, I'll always try and rent with Avis first and I'm glad I did! Would definitely rent with them again.

Good service. Parking for those returning when the counter is closed is available at Zone C of the big car park in front of Arrival. That car park has Zon A, B, C signage but the signs are hard to see when dark. See image for zone c

Being an "AVIS Preferred" customer, we had tried booking AVIS online prior to our trip, but were unable to do so as they did not apparently have the vehicle we needed for the required period. So we went with the "budget tourist" method, as you do, and tried another rental car company that appeared to have what we wanted. On the day of arrival, we unfortunately had to change our plans with the other company, and came over to AVIS to see what was available. To our surprise, they had exactly what we wanted, and cheaper than the other company. They couldn’t say why we were unable to reserve this earlier when we tried to book this online. Ester and Faris were super friendly and helpful, and the whole process was quick and painless. They pointed out that they wouldn’t be around when we returned the vehicle (due to early flight out) and to just drop the key in the after hours box, and text them. We did this, and sent them emails with Before and After pics of car condition, and they sent us a receipt for the pre-agreed amount. Couldn’t be easier.

Friendly service. Will come back for next rental. Car can be collected is at Arrival Hall and it is smooth. During my return, Mr. Farid is helpful he waited me at Departure for the car return.

Avis is lucky to have one of the best crew in KK. Big shout out to Farid and Niel. Top customer service and quality.
