Staff(Ah Ming) is very helpful and friendly. He provided many car options for me and I finally rented a pretty new Proton car for 3 days (RM 490). The car conditions are good and it is perfectly OK to climb up to Cameron Highlands. It has an counter inside the Ipoh airport lobby. Car pick up and return at Ipoh airport. The whole rental process is very smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend.
Very easy to find and rent. Arrival door come out is the rental office already. Very obvious. Return also easy. Just be sure to text the shop to reserve your vehicle. Prices all no hidden charge. Even gave me some parking coupons. Rented a simple 3 yrs old proton saga for my short city driving around ipoh. Condition of this car aged well but well maintained.. tyre is good tyre which is important to me. No funny sound or abnormalities from engine or undercarriage. Next time confirm will rent again with them.
Maju shop just outside the arrival hall inside Ipoh Airport. I rent the car for 4 days the car was in excellent conditions. The procedure for car return was very simple and straight forward, just drop keys on the sliding door of the shop. Very friendly and professional and would use again
I rented a car last month. On arrival was greeted by Ah Hing and all formalities were completed quickly. I didn't have any issues with the car or the firm. They even gave me a lift to town after I dropped off the car at the airport! Very friendly and professional and would use again.
Great service recovery. There was a problem with our car and we were stuck in Cameron highlands. The owner promptly drove another car up the mountain, so that we could drive down with the newer car. The rental and returning process was also fuss free with no hidden costs. Highly recommended 👍🏻
Mr Leong (rental shop owner) was very detailed in suggesting the most suitable car for our needs, and I was very surprised when he actually recommended me to use a brand new car after arriving at the airport. The procedure for the collection and returning of the car is extremely simple and straightforward. I will definitely purchase this service again for future trips!
租车的时候没有问清楚我们去哪里 到了拿车的时候才告知我们车不能去到槟城。 不能去我们也接受 这样我们就决定改变计划在怡保内就好 结果也不租！我们特地从酒店去到机场了 才问这个问题 还说我们没有提前告知 那你为什么不提前问？！根本就是故意浪费我们的时间 而且态度极差！租车的时候各种语气不好态度不好也忍了 最后还要被浪费时间 🙄
