Nov 24 2025: Great service. Pick up at the train station no issues. Car was great and no issues. Super responsive to questions you might have. Team was nice and flexible to work with me on return day earlier. They even picked up the car at the hotel and not original place. We were able to see cool smaller towns outside Ipho. I would recommend this place and tem to anyone.

Agtran Car Rental Ipoh from 9 Dec to 12 Dec, and the whole experience was excellent. The booking process was smooth and hassle-free, and communication was clear from start to finish. The car was clean, comfortable, and in great condition—perfect for getting around Ipoh without any stress. Their service was professional, punctual, and very accommodating. Pick-up and return were easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of service provided. Booked a small car from Agtran from 10 to 14 Nov at the Ipoh airport. Had a very wonderful experience from this particular vendor especially the staff manning the counter. He was very patient & polite and knowledgeable answering all our questions without any fuss. The takeover & returned of the car was also easy and smooth without any hiccup. Will use the same vendor if we do drop by Ipoh again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Convenient - located inside the Ipoh airport Service - excellent. Friendly Staff readily available at the counter for car pick up and return. We booked for collection at 1:30pm but we were earlier by about an hour. The staff did not question and immediately allocated a car to us. The car was clean enough. Aircon, wipers, headlights were working well. I think I booked it under the QEEQ website. This website is also good providing clear guidance before pick up and also before returns. Overall a good experience.

Booked on trip.com and had a good experience. Had a few changes in pickup/dropoff points after booking and even extended one day but staff was flexible and accomodated to the changes. In fact, they even sponsored my grab ride as my flight reached early and had to change pickup point to my hotel at ipoh downtown. As my return flight was early in the morning, i was allowed to do self-dropoff of the car at the airport which was very convenient. Although i received some conflicting instructions from different CS over whatsapp overall experience was good and will definitely book again.
