Cikgu tak membantu, cikgu tido time pelajar bawak kereta. Cikgu sidai pelajar selama 2 jam. Cikgu expect kita dah tahu semue bende tp kite ni dhlah student, takde kete nk praktis. Paling teruk akak yg uruskan pelajar takut nk berurusan dgn IDI driving centre so tak bole tukar waktu. Hampir setahun jgk la ek nk buat lesen.

Sekolah memandu yang paling tak boleh pakai, ambik lesen setahun lebih pun tak siap lagi,semoga kena boikot. Harap siapa yang belum daftar, jangan mai tempat ni.cikgu mengajar pun tak ajar dengan baik.

Horrible experience at UTAMA driving school. A few years ago, when I was 18, I registered here to learn how to drive and get my license. My mental health was already fragile at the time, but after lessons with one particular instructor, it worsened. I would often cry after each lesson. The instructor, a middle-aged man, was very rude, he sighed at minor mistakes, lost his temper, and even raised his voice at me. The other instructor, an older gentleman, was sweet and I had no issues with him. One particularly unsettling incident was when the instructor was in the car with me and his phone suddenly rang with a Pornhub jingle. I’m not sure if that’s his actual notification tone, but it was extremely inappropriate and disturbing. After failing more than 2 times and paying alot, I made the decision to learn driving at a different agency which is at AKEDEMI MEMANDU BERJAYA. The instructor I got at BERJAYA was extremely patient and taught me from A to Z and even gave me encouragement. I finally passed after this, I didn't even think I could pass that time because my self esteem and confidence was so badly affected by UTAMA driving school. I would not recommend this driving school due to this instructor’s behaviour.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sekolah Memandu Utama. It took me AN ENTIRE YEAR to get my driver’s license due to the poor management and unprofessional behavior of the instructor. Classes were frequently delayed or canceled at the last minute, often without any valid explanation, which completely disrupted my schedule. Even when classes did take place, the instructor showed little interest in teaching properly. They were often distracted, seemingly prioritizing their own personal matters over the lesson. To make matters worse, the administrative process was also poorly handled—appointments were hard to secure, and communication from the office was slow and disorganized. This lack of professionalism and commitment from both the instructor and the management made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. I would not recommend this driving school to anyone who values their time, money, or patience. At this point, better to just go to IDI and register there because then it'll really be faster.

Worst driving school ever, nothing better just lie, lie and lying. For those who want to get driving licence please avoid this place. It will take you more than a year for a driving licence. Will give this zero star. As I said, please avoid this place

Worst driving school ever. There's only 1 coach. No timetable for student, the coach just ask you if you can go on certain dates. Not systematic and unfair to students. Coach shows up late on every class, almost 1 hour late every time. Hence, student's practice time shorten and got cut. No replacement of practice after that because "too many students" but only 1 coach, unlike other driving institute. Coach teach like students already know how to drive, get mad at students 24/7. When student ask about driving and for tips, coach told "you need to know by yourself". Coach teach half-heartedly, play phone in the car and sleep in the car. Manipulative and non-systematic company. Had to urge them for classes or else they just shut you up without updates. Always lied about being late. The company don't event know the coach's whereabouts when he is late. Don't waste your money here, better go to Suria or IDI better. (Malay) Sekolah memandu paling teruk. Hanya ada 1 jurulatih. Tiada jadual untuk pelajar, jurulatih hanya tanya pelajar jika pelajar boleh pergi pada tarikh² yang coach bagi. Tak sistematik dan tak adil kepada pelajar. Jurulatih datang lewat pada setiap kelas, hampir 1 jam lewat setiap kelas. So masa latihan pelajar jadi singkat and dipotong. Tiada latihan gabnti lepas tu sbb "terlalu ramai pelajar" tapi hanya 1 jurulatih, tak macam institut memandu lain. Coach ajar macam pelajar dah tahu semua memandu, marah pelajar 24/7. Bila pelajar tanya tentang pemanduan and soalan², coach cakap "you perlu tahu sendiri". Coach ajar tak ikhlas langsung, main telefon dalam kereta dan tidur dalam kereta pastu marah² orang. Company manipulative dan tak sistematik. Terpaksa desak² depa untuk kelas kalau tak company ni diam ja, tak bagi update apa. Selalu tipu sbb lambat. Company sendiri pun tak tahu coach pi mana bila dia lewat dan lambat Jangan bazirkan duit & masa kat sini, lebih baik pi Suria atau IDI better.
