Customer service tersangat teruk, langsung tak profesional dan tak beradab bila bercakap dengan pelanggan, orang buat lesen bayar dengan duit, bukan free, elakkan la buat lesen di tempat ni, perkerjanya layan pelanggan sesuka nya, macam dia pemilik tempat tu

i hope they can improve their services.. take not every little things that might be important .. my fiance already call them a week ago to change the date of test, someone pickup the phone .. and bla bla bla .. i also heard the conversation .. but then, when he come there on the new date that he expected was CHANGE .. they said that they never recieved call from him .. i think thats is so unprofessional.. wasting time ! bukan kamu ja kerjaa ya

worst experience ever during my last ujian. my teacher was okay, very kind and patient with me. however, one of the teachers there scold me for not introducing myself in the first place (during an exam) it was only one small mistake and he asks me for my teacher's name and how he did not taught me well. so annoying lol glad im outta here. it wasnt a comfortable environment as well cus i get lots of stares 😟bunch of weirdos fr tips - wear collar shirts the first day and during ujian jpj or else u will be sent back home

Not recommended at all to come here.Firstly one of the driving school instructor here is racist i don’t wanna mention the name but two of my friends switch instructor due to his racist joke and being impatient.The staff here is nice but only the instructors like to slack off.Not to mention on my pre driving test....The racist instructor was in charge of my road test.He was saying racist stuff and I was just keeping quiet and tried laugh it off..It was awkward.He even ask me how to say bad words in other language.What a joke.I came to learn to drive not to entertain you or listening to your racist joke and even sweared at me in Chinese even though he doesn’t know Chinese because he is just trying to be racist.Overall I don’t recommend you to come here if you are not malay.If you are other race just go to the other driving school because they are more professional and humble.
