I am giving 5 stars of this school simply because from school staffs to canteen workers they are friendly, These people, helping me during my learning days. Since, I am working full time they gave me schedules where I can able to attend and always available if I have question to asked . Especially, I would like to thank MR. KRISHNAN my most requested driving instructor . He is very helpful and calm when teaching even though I sometimes hard-headed he just remains seated and smile. 😂 cute uncle though! But wait! Except the lady I don’t know the name who assigned to pick us up in mont kiara she’s a bit rude she doesn’t want to be asked. She took a pic without my consent and when I asked her for what is the picture all about? She answered me with a sour face. Only in that scenario. But, over all it was a great experienced not to mentioned the pre- examiner and on actual officers most of them I got a smiled back. 🙏

I have decided to quit from this place on first day itself. Putra majestic is not office it's just the pick up point. Due to grab delay I arrived to pick up point late. I was about just 1km from the pick up point and the driver Ms. Clara was rude on phone call nd asked me to come over Solaris on my own. I book another grab again to Solaris which take times too. She called me again, I told I just hop in new grab and on the way. She hang up the call nd while I'm on the way to Solaris, Mr. Utaya called me and informed my class cancelled since I'm late nd making their whole company progress late. First I don't understand what kind of procedure they are practising. They said If the class didt start at 11 am the world will fall apart gives reason the have few students to taught. The driver has no manners how to talk with student . There is no genuine or good intention/no to help students and of course no empathy. At last I wasted my time and money on grab. I have decided to quit, Mr Utaya have refunded me the full payment amount.

Someone that went through one stop driving centre. Passed my undang test during may, person in charge reply to me in july saying l license is done but havent collect. After waiting for such a longgggg time, finally i get to start my class on September only to know my l license has expired on august and had to go and renew. Got told driving centre was at gombak before but ended up in kuala selangor. Had switched multiple instructors throughout the process. Instructors doesn't have much patience and that made me have the fear of driving and making mistakes, felt like I didn't learn anything from the few classes. Ended up adding on some extra class. Finally took the driving test on January. Luckily managed to passed so i dont gave to go back and retake everything again.

I have not even taken the service but I am reviewing based on my experience. Tried to ask politely if they do pick up service since I live in Kota Damansara. Was answered rudely by them saying " We don't have time to pick up every one at home". So yeah, I dont know how the service or actual training is like (it may be good. I cannot give my opinion in that matter). But their representative or the way they respond is rude enough for me to not consider the driving school any more.

I didn't do the course here but when I enquired they didn't give me a proper information. Took so long to reply. And the person was so rude. I'm disappointed.

Very disappointing experience. I've enrolled my son and I for driving classes. A person called Mr Utaya was supposed to guide us through the whole process. For the KPP1 theory classes, we were asked to go and meet him at government facilities. We went there and the guy didn't show up. He gave us confusing directions over the phone and also he didn't pay for the 2 books (all others students from other schools received the drivers education curriculum book and exercise book, but not us. When I asked at the counter, the government staff told us that the school only pay for one). Then for the theory KPP1 exam I precisely indicate my availability, but Mr Utaya disregard it and booked in a date/time I expressly indicated I was out of KL. When I complaint, Mr Utaya, was not happy because of his mistake, no apologized and wanted to blame me, at the end of the discussions, he said that he will make sure that my classes are going to be a nightmare. I tried to talk to a supervisor but no one is at the office address or pick up the phone. Then no option, I had to change the driving school. I had to do myself the learning driving license process. He refund me a portion of the RM 1,000 I've paid, which later, I had to use to partially pay a school change fee. I don't recommend this school at all
