I bought my Vios with Joe, and he’s one of the best sales advisors I’ve ever dealt with. He’s highly experienced and very knowledgeable when it comes to recommending the car that suits me best. The entire process was smooth, and it only took two weeks from registration to receiving my car. I definitely recommend dealing with Joe!

Had the worst experience at this showroom from the first drive in to the place itself. While driving in, there was an impatient person in a test drive car that drove quite recklessly and turns out to be a staff. Upon entering the showroom, there was a friendly lady who wanted to assist but there was a family ahead so we waited in line and took a look around. As the salesman came to approach us, not only did he seem disinterested - he also told us we could only test drive 2 cars because there's no luxury of time, and worse, there were very few people around at that time (possibly only the family before us). I clarified that the 3rd model was for my brother to test drive and not me but he ignored us. He acted rather condescending throughout the process and did not say a word about the car to inform us about the features or any sort. I would easily say that this probably tops as one of the worst experiences I've ever experienced from a salesperson. Went to BYD shortly after and had such a pleasant experience.

Thank you Sales Consultant Joe Kwong for his Excellent.. He provide BEST after sales service even after 5 years for Insurance Renewal, car service appointment. He give advises on car matters.

Worst experience of buying a car here, first no one interested to serve you, have to ask the office staff, then impatient of showing the car as if we are burden of her, when we confirmed buying, the whole process is so slow and unpleasant, when we want to check the delivery time, probability of trade in old car, downpayment etc, the sales person takes 1-2 weeks to come back has to keep follow up with her. The delivery time took 7 months or more if not because of there is no other alternative, i wont buy toyota again, such a lousy service. We dont know any manager or management, so we could not raise any issues. If our case or issue is handled well, i wont give this review. The feeling is that the staffs are arrogant as if we do not have other choice but to buy from them.

Can’t agree more with some comments here which stating no one willing to serve you when u walk in to their showroom. They don’t want to earn your money. So better go to other branches.

SALESMAN 一脸不屑那边、问Veloz有的test drive 上车什么都不介绍 也不解释车有什么功能。虽然我知道这些功能、但是你也要解释吧？嘴巴里面有黄金是吗？ 开了嘴巴会掉金是吗？ 垃圾 一点专业都没有 呸！
