Saya masih xdapat refund deposit kereta sampai hari ini..urusan dibuat pada November tahun lepas tetapi delay sampai awal tahun 2020. Alasan bank xlepas tetapi duit deposit RM3000 masih nak. harap pihak pengurusan Seri Mestika S/B dapat hubungi saya (isramazhar@gmail.com).. Saya ada segala maklumat bank in dan baki refund susah untuk dituntut. Jika tidak saya akan buat laporan polis. Saya sudah lama bersabar.

Memang xboleh pakai lar ..jual kereta yang masalah lepas tu buat bodoh jer... Free gift xde bagi ...janji commission masuk poket sudaj ..mak kau hijau .. sejak beli xhabis habis masalah kereta tunggu masuk nerake kau bb..

i booked the car in end of nov, follow up with them, but they said need to complain to hq, have been going back and forth between them and hq few times, now more than 3 months, still just ask customer to complain, then suddenly this week mentioned transferred to another dealer called vantage speed cause apparently there is no allocation here for the car, now i need to wait till april for the car cause of the issue from them itself. i feel like the service is very bad and there is no transparency from themself. i wish i can give 0 star for how bad their service is, please do not use them.

The adviser from here was very helpful and the manager Mr Jason he is very nice and helpful to get my car. How can i forget to mention Ernest he is sales adviser abd very very jolly guy to makes you happy and helped alot.

Stop calling me for insurance renewal, I bought 200+ proton car under company name and none of them is buying from you, stop pretending to be my dealer. Can't even tell me about the correct insurance expiry date but still pretend to be from my dealership? Shame on Proton for taking such a dealership.
