smart Melaka (Sigma Energy EV Sdn Bhd)

Kami beli Smart #1 awal tahun, so dah guna lebih kurang 6 bulan. So far rasa puas hati dengan kereta ni, paling suka dah tak payah pergi stesen minyak hanya charge di rumah. Bateri kereta ni bagus, ia tahan, kalau dalam city travel drive 40 km (sejam perjalanan) setiap hari hanya consume dalam 9% bateri. Memang terasa sangat jimat berbanding guna minyak. Dalam sebulan bil letrik naik RM100 (sebab charge kereta) , biasanya kalau guna kereta petrol, kos untuk minyak dalam sebulan dalam RM500 so ketara berbeza kat sini. Anak anak pun suka sebab tempat duduk belakang lus n selesa. Sound system juga best 👍👍 Thank you Brandon for your excellent service in helping us with this car. Recommended to buy from him. He always assist us for all little things that was asked.

Excellent service from start to finish.💫 At First, it was an unexpected visit to the Smart showroom. It turned into a delightful experience and out to be a pleasant surprise. The experience with Mrs. Lee was so captivating that we decided to book one! After the sales service, we also had an excellent experience with Afiq, the sales advisor from Smart Melaka. Got my first EV city car from Smart.Love at first sight on its 1.charming exterior design with ambient lighting 2.wireless charging 3. bag storage beneath 4.adjustable seat height and seatbelt 5.infotainment system display essential for all women drivers. Passenger seat is pretty spacious from my expectation. Overall its a cool and cute cuddly design. Special thanks to Mr Lee, Mrs Lee Rachel and their staff team for their smooth delivery.Outstanding service with detail briefing,every single inspection check and lastly attentive to my needs. The Smart team provide effective after sales service and follow up on my car as well.

A big fat kudos to Smart Melaka, in particular Afiq, Mrs Rachel Lee, Mr Lee and the rest of the team. From my test drive experience with Afiq, who is very knowledgeable, technical and responsible in answering all my queries. And then working with both Mrs Lee and her husband, who gave me total confidence that they were genuine, with a customer service oriented mindset. They were always responsive, patient in answering questions. The whole process was handled with the utmost professionalism. The car handover ceremony was delivered with passion 🎈🎈🎈 and my new car was prepared and presented in immaculate condition. Everything went smoothly.
