Gotten a full quotation for my repairs. The price is insane. I’m not sure how do you guys came up with this pricing but I went to other workshop and it was 5x lesser. I am actually quite disappointed with the service. Have you guys got too many customers or what? I tried getting a quote but it’s been a month, still no reply? Premium Auto Regas will be in my last list to go for repairs.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Came all the way from Sarikei for the weekend just for servicing my Kia, then they took so long from morning till evening BUT.. until now no response. They don't pick up phone calls, they don't reply messages.. so until now idk wth is wrong with my car. Literally wasted fuel and hotel money and TIME. Remember, treating your customers like that - you'll get karma. One day your family will go through some kind of similar ordeal ✌🏼

We got in touch with them by launching an inquiry on their website. Within 4 hours we got called by a salesperson, Emile. He was quite good in understanding our requirements and directing us through the product lines. They didn't have the car we were looking for but Emile found a different car with equivalent specs and set up a test drive.He also answered the many many technical questions we had about the car in the interim. We loved the car and Emile took care of everything until the pickup of the car. He provided reccomendations on EV charger installers, tint and coating, and even helped coordinate everything. Really a hassle free experience. 5 star service.

Went to Regas to redeemed my merchandise voucher from BMW Malaysia. A very warm welcome by the head of after-sale, Nicholas Yo. And he suggested that i try their latest new ix electric lineup, went for test drive, had my drink, and left with a perfect merchandise. 😊
