Oh wow what an experience! Staff completely ignored me when I entered the ship, no greeting at all. Maybe wearing earphones also made it hard to see customers? When i asked about a product that she was holding, she quite rudely told me that it wasn’t for sale. I just wanted to know the name of it! Why be a sales staff if you don’t want to bother providing decent customer service? 🤦🏽♀️ I needed other baby stuff but because of this horrid service, I bought from the other baby shop instead
Very bad experience here. Bought a stroller here on Saturday and they told me needed 2-3days to arrive. After waiting for a week, we called. Then only they realise the stroller was send to other shop. During the day we purchase, they said above rm700 rebate rm20. When we want to use it, they said if you did not receive any code or message means no rebate. Seriously waste my time and effort here. Waste my parking ticket and petrol. It is better for me to purchase at shopee with better cashback and faster delivery
Service is good from the staff working there, friendly as well. But personally I feel they don't fully understand each products that they sell over there. When ask about what are the functions or how to clean it they need to check the product manual book. Even after check also say not really sure, tell me to check the brand's website instead.

If the boss sees this , pls fire the lady "manager" there she’s totally unfit and push customers away from your shop. Maybe she’s the reason why ur shop business is bad and can’t compete with happykiddo . Observe urself
