I collected my car in mid December. I upgraded from a Nissan sedan to an SUV as I now have a small baby and needed something more practical and comfortable for family use. I spoke to and surveyed quite a few sales advisors before deciding and Raymond really stood out. He was very responsive, quick to follow up, and easy to communicate with. From the test drive to submitting documents and getting approval, everything was handled smoothly. The whole process only took about a week, which made the experience STRESS FREE. Really appreciate Raymond’s help and professionalism throughout the journey. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car.

The outlet itself is fine, but my experience with the Sales Advisor was disappointing. Updates were slow, and there was a lack of clear communication on the next steps. I often had to follow up myself to get basic information, which made the process unnecessarily frustrating. I hope the management can improve response time and provide more proactive updates to customers.

更进度很慢！要求cancel退deposit换Sa还要拖我时间！两个星期了还不愿意退deposit，直到跟Chery总公司投诉才肯退！信息也不回，还被delete！ 真的很庆幸没有在这里买 还要搞小动作 这样的人品！Very bad experience！
