John Goh provides excellent service. His after-sales support is also very good. Whenever there is anything I don’t understand about the Omoda 5, he is always willing to help. When I need to service my car, he takes care of everything and makes the process smooth and hassle-free.

Great customer experience with Min who attended to my queries, docs / insured policy ( windscreen replacement ) and job completion on the very same day. Min managed to expedite in resolving my issue without any hassle. Thanks. Good job. Note: prior to this, I had submitted the docs/policy to process the windscreen replacement and waited 4 days without any acknowledgement. Appreciate the management should address this issue with the person responsible ensuring a more responsive Customer service.

Really disappointed with the service from the salesman at this Chery car showroom. A tall, slim Chinese man. He was very selective and treated us like we didn’t have enough money. Very bad service!

Today I took my Chery Tiggo Pro 8 for checking,the Customer Service from admin,sales representatives and repair personnels was awesome highly appreciated, infact very dedicated & responsible.Aspecially the repair team leaders and technicians are very helpful solving customer vehicle issue.God blessed all staffs.

I had an appointment for a routine service. I arrived before the scheduled time and was told I need to wait. I asked if it could be done within 3 hours, but they said no. What is the point of making an appointment? Bad service.
