Saya cancel booking dalam masa 24 jam je, tapi sampai sekarang refund tak dapat-dapat! Dah penat hari-hari kena kejar SA(Catherine) dan call ofis tanya pasal duit sendiri. Dorang ni memang tak jujur (not sincere) buat kerja. Duit customer pun nak peram lama-lama. Kalau tak nak sakit hati dan duit sangkut macam saya, baik cari tempat lain. Sangat tidak rekemen! 👎👎

We wanted to test drive today. We had already made an appointment at 11 AM. We waited for the salesperson named Stephanie. We thought it would only take 5 minutes, but it ended up being almost 40 minutes. On top of that, no one attended to us. In the end, we decided to leave. We had already made an appointment at 11, but no one informed us of the ETA. Only after we had been sitting there for about 30 minutes and asked for the ETA did they finally tell us

After sales service and warranty issue I call and speak to SA and make arrangements to check my car issue on loose left fender on my vehicle, which is still under warranty. However, instead of resolving the matter, I was instructed by the service centre to contact the Sales Agent (SA). When I reached out to the SA, I was asked to refer the issue back to the service centre. This back-and-forth response is disappointing and reflects poor coordination between departments. As a customer, I expected the issue to be addressed professionally and escalated if necessary, rather than being redirected without a solution.

The service is absolutely top-notch. If anyone is looking to find/buy a car, look for a sales person named Lucas. His service is exceptionally good. The service from the start of getting the car, applying for the loan, and after-sales is truly outstanding. He won't leave you feeling lost or confused by yourself. The best part is the many surprises he offers buyers. So if you want to buy, please, please, please go there and say, 'I want to deal with the sales person named Lucas.

Friendly, detailed and experienced staff especially Ms Samantha at the service counter. Was very attentive and explained everything very well and smoothly for my car service.

Collected booking fee and refuses to refund. Been ignoring my call for one month now. Offer and promo below other dealers. Absolute scamming. Avoid at all cost. Going to make a police report on Monday if not refunded
