My husband wanted a powerful car, I was looking for a 7-seater suitable for the family, and our kids absolutely loved the panoramic sunroof. Although Chery Balakong had misplaced my car’s warranty and maintenance booklet, the team at Chery Hulu Kelang went the extra mile to help me out. 1st time went to this SC after read the reviews. 1. Call for booking (the 019 no) 2 days before, its goes smoothly and confirmed the slot. 2. SC counter at the back of entrance. Arrived and registered with the cute girl (sorry didn't get her name). Asked any other problem with the car. 3. Then attend by Mr Nurazwan, explained about today's service and my complaint. He checked the car body conditions first then explained to him about my problems. 4. He kept we update about the process while waiting at the lounge. Once finished, SC give complimentary car wash. Then he explained the cost incurred and all the report for today's services. Overall I give thumbs up and keep it up for friendly and nice service to the customer. Breakfast and drinks are provided, toilet are clean. Lounge are spacious.
