Bad service...myvi 19 ringgit dalam bonet belakang tak vacum..tayar macam tak wax..first and last..

My car dust is really "shine shine" after washing it, waste my time and money to send my car here to wash.

I've tried my best to avoid sending my new car to any car wash/polish simply because afraid of them leaving scratches. I've successfully done so for 18 months then one fine day decided to send for a first-time polish which cost a few hundred RM. Imagine to my disappointment (or rather expected) and nightmare that there was a long scratch on the touch screen after the wash. This polish has cost me so much and yet i need to top-up another few thousands to replace this screen! Although the polish job was good but this scratch is UNACCEPTABLE! i doubt they will take responsibility and pay for it so i didn't even bother to confront them. So my advice is JUST STAY AWAY from this place because they have untrained and irresponsible workers. I even saw the worker forcefully slammed closed my car boot even though it's motorized - just push the close button, yea? Imagine the heartache i felt when he did that.

Dont come here if you just want basic wash, they will reject you, instead they want to offer packages and membership or even extra add on just to squeeze extra cash out of you . A business bound to die soon 🙂

This place actually refused to wash my car. Insisted that because my car had dog fur, they claimed that they could finish washing 3 cars in the time taken to wash mine. Then insisted on me buying a more expansive package. Is that how you threat a customer? Isn't car washing your business, yet you make some arbitrary exceptions? Horrible customer service, no actually horrible service overall. You're better served elsewhere.

just wanted a normal car wash but instead the worker keep on pushing their packages and do no accept normal car wash. What kind of bullshit ?

Date: 20 June 2018 Time: 16:00 First time having car wash service at this centre. Overall service is alright although price is a bit expensive. Quotation:- (1) Wash + Vacuum + 1 layer polish = RM120 ( HONDA SUV) Note: if your car is relatively new this price tag might not reasonable. Outcome is just so-so only. (2) Wash + Vacuum + 2 layers polish = RM200 (TOYOTA SUV) Note: if your car is relatively old (~10 years) and this price tag is acceptable. The 1st layer polishing is manually done and 2nd layer is applied by polishing machine. Outcome is better than the 1 layer service.
