knowing it is petrol station wash, cant expect much. But this service is terrible! They used the buffing cloth to dry the car. Now whole car is full of caked-up polish. Not only careless, but damage people's car too!

Bad experience washing car here. They didnt wash my car properly. They just wash my car about 8min. There is no other customer during that time. All my car rims still have stain. Car external still wet, didnt wipe till dry and told customer they have done. Definitely Carbuddy management should check and monitor their staff. Definitely will not come again.

Had been washing my car a few times here. This time only I aware the vacuum took seriously short time and finally I did a check on the seat…worker didn’t clean inside car. Threw the question to the worker then only he started spraying & wipe the seats…

I and my girlfriend been washing cars and petrol refueling at SS15 Shell every month and over 8 years, and today something very bad happened to me, your washing car worker bangladesh bald man a bad attitude and scolds my girlfriend!? Since we're ordered to wait in the car, can't let us come out...we are here to give money for this, not to be scolded and ordered by you. Whatever it is, please respect customers. There's something we can talk about, don't be too bad attitude! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

VERY POOR SERVICE!! Price is not fixed. This is the worst experience I had so far. I came to do special wash for my car due to some incidents, they told me this can be clean, overall need to pay RM70 for special wash, inner polish and vacuum. I am ok with it since that they promised it can be fully clean, but end up my car is still very dirty. Normally I come here for normal wask and vacuum, the payment is done in the counter so I will pay by card, but this time they told me only can pay by cash?This is really like a scam🤬

Very bad experience. Their price always up and down just for "washing" only. Immediately they wash and quick and not even dry the whole car and they ask me to drive off. Sincerely I hope the manager can see how’s their attitude towards this. Even though is reasonable price doesn’t mean they can be so rude.

Went here and asked for a simple car wash, but they had asked for me to get my car polished too (which I expected so was not bothered the first two times they asked), to which I rejected. However, the workers had continually asked me across multiple times before washing my car, and one of them had leaned uncomfortably close to me with a smile that unnerved me while asking despite my initial rejection. He also at one point rudely asked if I understood Malay and if I understood him when I had expressed to them in Malay that I do not want my car polished. He had also insisted that I pay them "extra" to get the car cleaned properly. Overall my experience here was awful, and I hope they can train their staffs better because the treatment I received was unacceptable.
