Baywash Auto Detailing Center @Damen Mall USJ

I've sent my car to wash while I was in Damen Mall, first time visit here, find it convenient as the advertised normal wash is just RM 20. The guy attended to me promoting premium wash of RM 35, when asked what's the difference he cannot tell clearly, but said RM 20 will not be clean (what is rm20 normal wash if it cannot be clean then?! Don't bother washing la) And he talked to me with a warning tone, that the car will not look clean without premium wash. My car did coating before, so it is quite easy to remove the surface stains, I have decided to stick with normal wash as I won't bother taking a tissue to check the minor stain anyway. After 2 hrs I went to collect my car, this is what I get. The same guy told me the bonnet cannot be clean as he told me I did not use premium wash. I checked, other workers who are cleaning other cars was staring at me so I just took a glance and drove off, after making payment. First thing reaching my carporch I took these photos. I understand RM 20 normal wash cannot be too demanding, but you may just take a look at the photos, I am never a difficult customer to begin with. I want to be fair, they DID vacuum my car, so I give them one star. The way the guy spoke to me, warned me about normal wash cannot clean.. it is his attitude prob, drive thru car wash service can do a better job than this.

Today, I visited Bay Car Wash at Da Men Mall for a car wash, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. The staff was professional and efficient, but I must give a special mention to Mr. Fahat. His customer service was outstanding—he was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to help. My car was cleaned meticulously, including a nano wash and a top-notch vacuum cleaning. I highly recommend Bay Car Wash for their exceptional service and staff, especially Mr. Fahat.

Best car wash ever. Best of service. Left my car for a day and they did a good job with reasonable price. The wax Polish lasted longer than usual. Highly recommended!

The work is really bad for the price. Rm40 for premium was. Before washing I asked if they could clean the arm rest. They said yes. Noticed they did not clean the arm rest when I collected the car. I asked the head person there, he said Rm40 does not cover this. If that is the case he should have just said upfront that the premium wash does not cover that area instead of saying yes. Quality of the work is as good as any petrol station 15 minutes car wash.

Sent my car for wax & polish service. Very good service, reasonable pricing and experienced staff (may look for Fahat). Definitely will comeback again if I feel to do wax & polish again👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Chanced upon this carwash when I was looking for a place to send my car for deep cleaning. Price wise, affordable, not expensive. Service wise, professional & polite. Work wise, excellent, hence the 5 star! I asked them if they could remove food and drink stains on the floor mat, and boy did they really scrubbed. 👍🏽👍🏽

Horrible service attendees, request for normal car wash and they say they dont provide it, only provide Premium Car Wash which cost RM40. Asked what’s the difference between normal and premium, the malay boy unable to answer. 4 workers resting on sofa and not willing to take in normal cash wash. Asked me to take RM40 cash wash or leave. Hope their shop boss see how their worker is chasing their customer away.
