虽然老板娘有时候看上去心情不大好 不过没关系 最重要的是手工好、有认真对待我的车、而且收费合理 所以我都会回头

今天中午去洗车，老板娘WhatsApp回复很快，重点是车子洗得超干净，亮晶晶

The boss lady is so rude!!! To her manpowers and husband okay fine suka hati awak but even rude to the customers?! Scaring the customers awayy

If your car not luxury car , I advice no come la . Not sure is Lady boss or female staff face very sour like lemon , voice very bitter . Service 0%. Looking down on cheap car. As a customer I have the rights to call and get updates on the status , but the lady staff very LCLY respond my question ask me wait one week. I wonder if wash a car need wait 1 week to be washed? Boss initially promise 2 days can complete. Also initially boss give price already, but lady boss say it’s too cheap and increase our price. Lady staff go complain boss / her hubby say I shoot her and her hubby /boss without knowing clear the situation came and shoot back customer ?? Can’t believe this attitude can be found in the service industry.

What impressed me most was their incredible attention to detail. They didn't just do a quick wash; they cleaned every little crevice, from the cup holders to the window seals. Recommended!
