Servis terbaik la.. kereta lama macam baharu. Sangat puas hati. Staf pula peramah dan membantu...

buat car polish dan coating kereta..tetapi saya pergi ke car wash lain diorang ckp kedai ni hanya menipu saya membuat coating..kecewa rasa sbb kereta saya warna putih bila kotor hitam susah tanggal dan terpaksa buat coating di kedai lain semula..sdgkan coating saya belum smpai 2 bulan di kedai ini..

Saw some negative review about this place but still gave it a try for a car wash (my car really needed one that time). The simple car wash did not disappoint though. Then Anuar intro me to the Merdeka coating package. Considered it over the weekend and decided to give it a shot, since it was cheaper than the normal rate and they threw in a year of membership. I would say the end result was great and Anuar kept me updated on the progress along the day. For me, the experience was a good one: great job done and great service given.

Worst car wash ever. Rude staff. Dont even look at client and said cant be wash clean and remove the stain as my car is white. My car is new and white color. I send for car wash every week and water wax every 2 weeks. When came it has minor dirt and can be cleaned through normal wash but i wanted to have water wax as i will be travelling. He took pic and said, they cant make it clean, might have stain. Wow…. Minor dirt but said cant be cleaned like my car was terribly dirty. Weird…. Before they start the work they said it already. I dont think the wash properly and vacuum the car interior as when i inspect, the internal still have dust, with stain in the dashboard and the handrest. That is the mark that i had before sending to wash and its still there after wash. Price wise not cheap though compared to other carwash in the mall that i used to visit somewhere else.

What useless staffing on duty . Drove in to ask for car wash 10 min ago and was told it’s 460.00 ! According to Google you have car washing services. The Malay gentleman wasn’t keen to offer us that service .. there was no business there .. what is going on?

Worst place to send your car for a car wash. Service is bad, supervisor rude, not clean. And, if you ever sign up for their membership, and if you don't finish your balance RM in your account before expiry, that money will 'disappear', and, according to the supervisor at this Jaya One outlet, it is your fault!. Solution is, renew the membership! What a scam. You are better off sending your car anywhere but here.

I think it had gone from bad to worst. I hope and given it a benefit of a doubt. But my last week car wash here proven me right. How could a stained on driver side mirror left there after a wash? Unless you all didn't wash it properly. Too obvious. I'm not going here anymore. Don't wash here, you'll be scammed of your money
