The car wash is quick, which is great for a busy schedule. However, the experience is consistently marred by their aggressive upselling of a "premium water wax cleaning solution." The speed comes at a cost to quality. While the exterior gets a once-over, the workmanship is just so-so. They’ve often missed obvious spots, particularly the grimy areas under the door handles.

An honest review, your shop is a waste of time and money sending my car here for wash. (** Not even a peak time and getting 6 boys to handle a car and can even missed out so many basic spots) what happens if it’s peak hour then? *the pic are just only a few spots. There are more!

I had a very bad experience here today. My car was dirty, so I came in for a wash. One of the workers convinced me to add a water wax service, saying it would be good for the car, and I agreed to pay RM30. Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor. The car was not cleaned properly, the vacuuming was not done properly, and when I pointed out a specific dirty spot, the worker rudely insisted it was already clean — even though I could remove the dirt easily just by using my hand. What was more concerning was the worker’s attitude and behaviour. The short, middle-aged man with a beard was very rough with my car, hitting it carelessly and throwing the vacuum hose in a way that almost damaged my car door. This is completely unacceptable. I don’t know who the owner or boss is, but please take this seriously. You are paying multiple workers, covering rent and other business expenses — don’t lose your business because of rude staff and careless service. I am a business owner myself, and this level of service and attitude would never be acceptable.

Very efficient, there were multiple cars in line and the workers fed us through the washing tunnel where 4-5 of them washed a car at the same time. Took maybe 15 mins tops? I had my sedan exterior washed, interior vacuumed, and the exterior treated with wax. Total RM65. If just washing and vacuuming, it'd be around RM15 or else, if I'm not mistaken. I'll be visiting again! 😁
