worst. hantar kereta sebab anak muntah dalam kereta. pilih yg pakej rm60. tinggal kereta 2jam lebih. tapi end up dapat sama je. baik bayar yg rm18 je. actually yg rm18 pun tak berbaloi. kesan muntah dekat carpet tu dia tak sentuh langsung. LANGSUNG TAK SENTUH! last last suruh dia bersihkan balik carpet tu. geram betul. dengan kereta bahagian luar banyak kesan kotor , teruk nya lahai servis ni

Kind of regret to purchase the membership, their workmanship really quite bad. The supervisor is quite proactive and supportive but don’t think he is able to monitor all staff, which majority of them really not doing their job properly. This guy will also keep "bagging" you to add more paid services when you come here to redeem the services you paid for the membership. Washed here several times and none satisfied without complaint. Surely everytime they will have several "missed out" area. I really don’t know how they wash the car (due to time constraint, everytime I just left the car and go do my grocery). Sometime they didn’t realize there are items in my car and they put the carpet on top to cover the items dropped on car floor as big as 3 umbrellas. Majority of the time they have several areas missed out not washed, with the dirts staying on car like before coming to wash and when you tell them, they come to wipe off with just a piece of clothes. But let’s face the fact, this is the only 1 carwash at aeon mall so basically if you’re a busy men and only have time when you do your grocery shopping during your off day, this is the only option you have….🤦‍♂️ My sincere advise, don’t enroll their membership.

I pay for 78 for car wash & nano fresh but car stil having dust, not Even smell nano fresh. Then, outer car looks like normal wash . Still having stain. Very disaapointed. X sempat nk complaint terus because notice after naik kereta & balik rumah

I've payed 50MYR to get my car wash and vacuum also with nano mist whatever it is, still have stain on the car (mirror) and dirt that did not vacuumed with care. Will be my first & last time here. But, good wipe on the dashboard n vacuumed the seat and thats it.

Pour out my liquid perfume, and didn't clean off, very bad

Do not go here!!!. They purposely scratched my car when I said im only want to have car wash, and not their other expensive service. I cursed this shop and its manager and workers! Jangan datang sini. Lepas basuh kereta, habis calar dia buat!!!
