Disappointing Experience – Not Yet Ready to Be Called a Detailing Centre Stopped by for what was advertised as car "detailing", but what I received was a basic wash, vacuum, and quick dashboard wipe. For RM50, the service might be acceptable if the overall experience matched the price. Unfortunately, it doesn't. The environment is in poor condition—glass doors covered in handprints, dirty floors, paint peeling off the walls, and a disastrous toilet. The waiting area feels like a confused mix of showroom, office, and lounge, but fails to deliver even basic comfort or cleanliness. There’s a lack of professional image—no standardised uniforms, no proper boots, and tools that appear makeshift. Presentation and hygiene are as important as the service itself, especially when charging premium prices. If you're serious about offering high-end car polishing or becoming a trusted detailer for 4x4s and off-road vehicles like the Ford Raptor, a complete revamp is necessary. Professionalism starts with the environment and the people. And let’s be clear—don’t assume Muar doesn’t need or appreciate luxury-level service. We do. But customers need to see that you value quality first.
