Aplus Car Wash Marina Phase 2

Was over priced and did not do complete clean as paid for. Many extras that were apparently not included in the package even if it said it was... What is in the package is supposedly not really good so need to pay extra for the good products!!! The worst part is they stole money from me... Yes, I know, my fault for leaving it in the car in the first place but I never thought someone would snatch stuff from my car as I'm walking around the block having my car washed. Spoke with the owner who did not want to do anything about it. She simply told me to make a police report. The lead cleaning guy said this happened multiple times before!! He said just a few days ago, someone had 20 MYR taken from their car. Owner doesn't care so why would their employees stop doing this. Very disappointing.

The worst ever! You guys are lucky i didnt manage to take photos cause i was in hurry to drive to other places. I choose nano wash (RM35), in which they claimed that it will be more cleaner than the basic wash. But i was left stunned at my tyre still dirty, all four between door hinges were still dirty.. if i know my car is not clean properly i better clean myself. No wonder no one come here unlike the Aplus at phase 1. The owner of this place should have check google reviews and supervised your workers. Feel so regret sending my car here. Come on, paying rm35, and that is all you can do. This carwash is really not recommended. Such a worst place to wash your car.

Wish to give 0 star. Very not recommended to wash your car here. I would rather go aplus at Marina phase 1. Went phase 2 here cuz the queue is too long at aplus phase 1. Obviously, here’s empty for a reason

I come here2-3 times a month. Good service.

I was charged RM50, but the cleanliness is mediocre at best. Interior dirt was not even cleaned properly. Think twice before you come to this outlet

Very bad.... They scratch my car and did't tell me at all... No next time...and i just done repaint my car...
