Recently did ceramic coating for my car at Ceramic Pro KCH, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results! Boss Darren was very professional and explained everything clearly — from the coating process to how to maintain the finish after it's done. What impressed me the most was the excellent communication — Boss Darren updated me daily on the progress through WhatsApp, which gave me peace of mind even when I wasn’t at the workshop. The workmanship is top-notch. My car looks incredibly shiny and well-protected now. You can really see the difference in quality. Bad experience with the sales team schedule arrangment & workmanship. Went to get my windscreen recoated but was advised to leave my car for 1 day for just a windscreen coating. Appointment set on 930am but work started (car wash) at 1045am. To my surprise the overall windscreen recoating is completed by 12pm. Their polishing work left my windscreen with swirls & scratches as their polishing pad was not clean througout the entire process. Plus BODY polishing compound was used on the windscreen. Paid for a premium job, got an amatuer result.
