The best car wash in KK . I sent all my cars here for car wash and staff take their job woth pride making sure every corner including the mud guard and wheel hub clean. There is an air condition restaurant opposites the car wash to cool off for a drink or meal . Or you can walk over to Merdeka supermarket for some grocery shopping while waiting . Highly recommended

So far one the best car wash I found in KK, they took longer time to wash than other places, but much more detailed cleaning. You dont always find car wash workers who are willing to wash your tires and rims so detail that they even stuck their hands inside your rims to wash the inner parts of your wheels..

Bad experience.after car wash and vacuum.seatbelt abs light on.not recommend

It takes me long in considering to write this review...I can only give them 1 🌟 in this review. My husband and myself visited this car wash for 2 - 3 times before and saw mostly positive results in their FB page(posted by them) and finally decided to trust them in handling our car for their expertise in interior cleaning/wash. When we hand them our car on 15th January 2022, the car is in a very good condition with no sign of slow engine start problem. Due to CNY is coming, the staff there informed us that it's going to take them about a week to complete the task. A week later, the in charge staff called my husband to informed that the car only partly cleaned, because it could not be start, they assumed it is due to the car battery weak/problems. My husband went to the said centre to see on the issue/matter. Even after installed in a new car battery, the car still cannot be start. However due to they have no experience in automobile problem, my husband have to asked an advice from a automobile mechanic, the mechanic said it's might due to the car internal wiring issues (when removing the car seats for cleaning/wash, it had cause the wiring to dismanttle/broken). My husband advice the staff to removed the car seats again and recheck the wiring, but they argued & disagreed. My husband then called up the owner to discuss on the matters. All discussions only done thru phone call & text messaging, for a few times. It is so obviously not about the car battery issue. After asking them for several times, over & over, only then the owner asked his automobile mechanic(from outside) to look up on the issue. It takes about another week, before they reconfirm us on the wiring issue, and it is due to the Main Fuse of the car had burned, mostly due to during the time they handling/removing the car seats for cleaning. The interior cleaning doesn't even done thoroughly & completely and the bad odours are still there. Worst, also cause a small section of the car door paint peeled off obviously when they removed the back seat out from the car. We ask for compensation, they only discounted us RM150, the rest of the amount still needed to pay. After this very bad experience, we never want to go back to this car wash centre again. They not even can deliver as promised and now we have to look for another auto detailing centre to redo the interior cleaning. I hope this bad experience would not happen to others. If the issue/matters could have been handled professionally, I would still recommend their services.
