Tigers Car Wash (JB)

I went to two car washes nearby but both were full! Luckily, this car wash only had one car in progress, so I decided to try it out. The place itself isn’t very sturdy and the road has quite a lot of holes, but I didn’t mind that — I just wanted a good wash. I asked how much for SUV wash and vacuum, and the price was RM20 — quite affordable compared to KL! The workers were very helpful and followed my instructions carefully (I’m quite particular when it comes to car washing). Three of them worked together to wash and vacuum my car, and they did an excellent job. They were friendly, hardworking, and even sprayed Dettol inside to make sure there were no insects. The black shirt worker very good. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and will definitely come again next time. My only suggestion is for the owner to fix the road and improve the area a bit, as the holes can fill with water and make it less hygienic. But please don’t judge the place by its appearance — the quality of their work is really great!

Car wash is expensive as compared to other shops because they wipe dettol inside. The car wash is okay, however the attitude of the staff suck. When they’re busy, many areas of the cars are not wipe dry. When you highlight to the staff, the staff said "you are only paying RMxx", what do you expect. No paying customers would like to hear this. Although car wash is good. I would not recommend and will not visit again due to attitude staff.

Black shop. Tried to pay with touch and go but worker say only cash is accepted. They even insist you to pay with SGD if no RM. When you do not have cash in the end, they will let you scan touch and go but with additional charges. Went in with a cupholder full of coins but realised it became 1/3 full after washing. Confronted them but they act blur with the 2 workers that did interior cleaning running away for dinner break. Very sceptical and dishonest shop. Only visit if you would like to face rude staff with your valuable stolen.

Extremely dishonest shop. After washing, found out that some of my malaysian ringgit went missing, about RM70 which i slotted in the cup holder. Been visiting this shop in the past, however this is the first time encountering this. Looking at the recent comments, looks like there is a change in staff and their credibility is in question. Staff in photo had extremely rude attitude as well. I would not be coming back again and would not recommend anyone patronising this shop.

Unreasonable price. Extremely poor service. They will give you the you happy you come you not happy you get lost attitude. Staff is also dishonest by requesting for cash payment, saying tng cannot use. After we insist we have no cash then they allow the tng. I guess they can only pocket from cash payment. Wont go again and wont recommend!

This car wash is good and highly recommendable. They will wipe dettol once done. Very neat and tidy. However, only their shop is old and rustic. But good wash to your lovely cars or bike. Highly recommendable.

Never encounter such kind of unreasonable price with rm30 per car and his neighbours are at rm15. Watch out when u visit them. No price list and just they suka suka tell u the price after washing. Go at ur own risk.
