No hard sell, efficient service and car was washed and vacuumed properly. The place is also conveniently located once you enter JB from woodlands. Nice and clean customer waiting area.

Scratched up. Avoid. I have painstakingly maintained my car’s finish with careful hand washes since purchase. So I Went against my better judgement to try this fast-wash place and paid dearly for it. It’s cheap and fast but you get what you pay for, or arguably pay a lot more intangibly. A shoddy job, just like an assembly line. They use the same cloth and sponge etc for dozens of cars and you can tell it’s very poorly done. Disinterested staff who just want to get it over with instead of doing a good job. Paid for some add on services too, which made no difference whatsoever. After they were done, I still needed to point out various fingerprints and streaks they had left all over the car which they begrudgingly wiped off like a kid getting punished. Worst of all, their washing left noticeable scratches all over the car. It’s really painful to see after lovingly washing and maintaining your car all this time. I’d advise anyone who actually cares about the condition of their paint finish/ quality cleaning to please avoid this place. You’re better off paying a better place to do it or just wash it yourself.

I just swung by this car wash, and wow, what a gem! First off, the vibe was awesome, even the waiting area was comfy. They’ve got this slick system going on - super organized and fast. And the best part? They’ve got enough folks working there, so no one’s rushing or trying to upsell you. My ride was sparkling in no time, inside and out. Definitely my new go-to spot for a clean car! === Updated: new place, spacious, there’s even a customer waiting room 👍

The service standard had dropped significantly maybe because of the lack of manpower available. It took them quite a while to start washing my car. Only 2 man was doing the washing for 4 cars concurrently and another 2 man doing the wipe down and vacuuming. Wiping was not thorough and vacuuming was brief. I can see that the workers were tired and it was only still early evening. The management will need to see the capacity of customers available and blend the manpower needed. Taking into consideration the time taken and the thoroughness of the job done.
