I recently tried Carsmith’s Supreme Wash and overall had a good experience. Even though I contacted the boss quite late, he was very kind to arrange a slot for me just before closing, which I really appreciated. The wash was generally okay, though I felt the door steps and rims could have been better cleaned. I shared this feedback with Nigel, and he was very patient, receptive and genuinely open to improving — which says a lot about how they run their business. They’re also looking to bring in the right brushes for better results, and I’m looking forward to going back to try the Supreme Wash again. Definitely worth giving them a try!

The boss and his technicians are very professional in polishing and waxing. My car looks like brand new after polishing! ✨✨✨ Their detail cleaning is also very impressive too. The interior leather was cleaned carefully and restore to original soft and smooth touch. Nano-mist interior cleaning not only killed bacteria in the interior, but also leave a pleasant smell in the car. Enhanced the driving experience!

Got a good feel through WhatsApp communication when enquire about the price. There were no pushing of sales but is all about a customer oriented service communication. I went for a car polish, wax and windshield polish and coating. At the shop, the team were friendly and down to earth. More importantly and am very impressed of their passion in doing a good job.
