786 Car Wash

Had a good experience at 786 Car Wash in JB. The wash quality is solid and the car came out really clean. The staff are friendly, both inside the shop and at the wash area, and the place itself is tidy and well maintained. They did try to recommend their car wax service, but I think that is fair as the pricing is competitive and there was no hard selling. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would come back again. 👍

Well Armad n team were very friendly. Same like all car wash who will ask u to do various stuff. Well I got a good package n was happy with what I saw n got. Hard to find very good carwash around so it's all trial n error

Tried very hard to sell me polish. Though I keep saying no, but he insist free demo on small part of bonnet. When time to shift car to vacuum, I turn on wiper to wipe water away , shockingly my wiper is missing but luckily no scratch on windscreen. I ask why broken, they claimed it's broken during water jet. I give benefit of doubt. Quote me RM 150 to replace. If broken should have informed me immediately, not wait till I use my wiper. Main gripe is lots of time wasted on polish that I insisted no need.

Refuse to was your car after several wash claiming if no waxing or polishing they will not give normal wash. Consumer Authority should investigate and take action on these operators. Wonder if they have proper license to operate in the 1st place.

Shawon Mohammad, the staff member who attended to me at 786 Car Wash in JB, was shockingly rude and extremely pushy. Instead of basic customer respect, he spoke to me in a completely inappropriate tone. Completely unprofessional. I came here for a simple wash, not to be pressured into extra services I didn’t ask for.

Efficient and clean service by the team. Morning team (8am onwards). Tried to sell various services, but overall friendly and great service.

Affordable car wash and pretty friendly staff. There's a mini Mart beside and some seats for you to rest while waiting for your car to be ready. They will always try to sell you some polishing package that costs 350RM... If you're not interested just be firm and say no. We took the package since we have never done it for our car before. The car looks stunning afterwards so it was money well spent. Edit: It rained today and the car's windscreen was really as what he said - no water droplets !
