I’ve been coming to this car wash for a long time, and the service is consistently excellent. The team is friendly, efficient, and takes great pride in their work. My car always comes out clean and shining like new. It’s definitely my go-to car wash whenever I have the chance. Strongly recommended!

The car wash you want to AVOID in JB. Deserves ZERO star. Very pushy in their upsell & hardsell. Keep insisting to purchase their 'Polishing' package. RM 50 for Water Wax for small size sedan. You serious baia??? Bad attitude and probably they will wash your car CinCai and give your car body lots of micro scratches. I drove in and drove out refusing their expensive RM 50 water wax. Their incharge gave me black face but who cares? What can you do? AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If you love your car, give it a wash at better places. You have been WARNED. P.s Caltex Sunway RM35 for water wax wash.

Very bad experience and bad attitude. Keep hard sale me for water wax. Insisted only want normal wash, the foreign worker kept saying car is too dirty, and normal wash will not clean properly. Hello? You think I first time washing car? Treating your customer as dumb? Water wax deep can clean? Who taught you this? Very bad attitude given after I insisted normal wash, but the foreign worker just don’t stop hard sale. In the end, I got fed-up and ask him "I want normal wash now, can or cannot?". He told me "Cannot normal wash". So I got into my car and went to the store beside to wash it. Bear in mind you are not the only car wash here, watch your attitude. I’m paying money for service, and absolutely I have the rights to choose what service I want. You don’t anyhow hard sale customer.

Hard sell of Polish car at rm300. Rejected. In the end they still did the polish after i insisted normal wash. Be wary of those car wash who waves at you to welcome you in. Those car wash shops are practicing hard selling. Perhaps the one at b point, doesn't have to wave to welcome you, but their shop is always full. See? Service honesty above money making, yet the honest one makes the most.

AVOID AT ALL COST!! would totally give 0 stars if it’s possible. i was just looking to get a quick car wash (aside from my usual place). the man tried hard selling the water wax service even though i said no 4 times. he proceeded to yap in malay (?) and i continued to say ONLY WASH. He just stood there and acted blur waiting for someone else to come & hard sell to us. We were about to leave and he said 15RM for wash without vacuuming. he literally think we are idiots…. the listed car wash price + vacuum is 12RM - folks who always come into JB will know. he still dared to ask us how much we wanna pay for this shitty service when we were leaving.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Firstly, the moment I declined their package offer, their attitude changed completely. They became extremely rude, dismissive and impatient. It was shocking and unacceptable behaviour. Secondly, I was not informed in advance that payment had to be made in cash. In the end, we gave whatever notes we had and offered to settle the balance with coins, yet the staff said they did not accept coins. Seriously, this made the entire experience even more inconvenient and frustrating. This is my first time here and it will also be my last. The service left a very negative impression and I do not recommend this place at all.

Said yes to instructions but did the opposite at the end. Claimed that colleague who did the job was new and hence no one was responsible. A bonus for you - traces of bird droppings were still there after the car was washed and dried
