Basuh haritu 21/6 lebih kurang petang..dengan harga normal RM33, memang tak berbaloi. LAGI SATU STAFF PEREMPUAN CINA YANG BAWA KERETA SELEPAS HABIS BASUH KE DRY AREA MEMANG TAK PANDAI PAKAI GEAR KERETA, EXPECIALLY STOP DEKAT JALAN TAK RATA, TERUS MASUK GEAR "P" then masuk HANDBREK. TAK KE JAHANAM GEAR KERETA AKU. ISH NOT RECOMMEND FOR THIS CAR WASH.

MMG puas hati cuci di sini.staf yg ramah dan baik. Cuci pun bersih sbb ramai pekerja yg buat. So sgt rekemended

Had a really good experience at the car wash, went at 11pm and we were greeted by friendly staffs. If you go in from the store front, you will be directed to drive to the back and enter in from there. Immediately, around 4-5 staffs started working on your car like a F1 pit stop, I guess it’s because I went there during off peak hours. Had a chat with the lady boss and she mentioned that if I come at peak hour, there won’t be so many people working on my car thus they might miss cleaning some spots. After cleaning, the lady boss herself made some detail checks for final touch ups. If you want tip top service, I advise to go during off peak hour.

DONT EVER COME HERE!!!! I would like to share my experience with this R&R Auto Detailer Centre. You think we Singaporean than you jack your prices up, although it is not much, but your staff attitude and rudeness is totally unacceptable to me as your client. Is this how you treat your customer?!? Let me tell you, my experience here was extremely disappointing. After collecting my car, I noticed several scratches that were not there before the service. When I raised the issue, the staff were rude, unprofessional, and immediately became defensive!! Instead of investigating properly, they kept insisting it was not their fault and claimed the scratches were already there. They even questioned whether I had evidence that the damage was caused by them. As customers, we trust a detailing centre to take care of our vehicles. We send our cars to be cleaned and protected, not returned in worse condition. Their attitude, lack of responsibility, and refusal to acknowledge the issue were completely unacceptable!! Based on my experience, I will never return to this place again. The service was terrible, the staff behaviour was disappointing, and the overall experience was frustrating. I strongly advise others to avoid this car protection centre, you will regret coming here, there is plenty in Bukit Indah area, so elsewhere please

价格比别家贵三倍，但比别店做的更差100倍。我只是因为晚上去你们家洗车，但服务也不热情，过后也洗的不干净。晚上没检查直接开回家，但为什么洗完车鸟大便还流在我车上呢？不可能鸟那么爱我的车吧。。。。没关系我永远过后不会去你店。
