Cuci kereta shaja mmg murah.. mmg aku slu dtg sini utk cuci luar shje.. tp hari nie dtg nk vacuum skli.. bila bab vacuum bg aku sndri yg bwa kereta proton lama agak kurang memuaskan.. rasa mcm double standard pn ada.. sbb still ada hbuk kt car seat aku.. bila kereta2 lain yg agak fancy, staff situ buat dgn tekun dan jayanya.. aku still akn dtg tp utk cuci shje..

My car accidentally get cement from construction site, so i went there for car wash & polish to get rid of the cement. One Bangladeshi worker hard sell to polish head lamp for me, i rejected many times, but he kept bargaining & give me discount, i was afraid that they will do something bad to my car, so i took the head lamp polish. After that he in tern hard sell their wax package, i was pissed off & rejected him. Is like they want to squeeze every penny out of my wallet. This is the worst car wash I've ever been, I'll never go back again

Rm 18 with vacuum for compact suv..but not clean...rather go another shop further up.., hand wash only rm 20.. Cin cai cin cai wash n wipe only..pointed out left bumper still got mud..he only wipe left...dont bother wipe the otherside

Smart cyclone is one of the worst car wash I have ever been. The Bangladeshi workers there are all VERY VERY lazy and dont do their job properly. I will only go to this car wash if i have no other choice. And this is the only car wash, that i will have to always personally come down to inspect their work because they wont wipe or clean properly. The dirt will still be on your car and water and they will tell you "ok, its done!" Unless if you tell them to fix it. And if you do that, you will get some sour faces around. Also, they like to extort you to do other services like vacuum, polish, wax etc. Clearly they get some commission from that but the way they push you makes you unhappy and uncomfortable. Very very rude. Also. What makes them think we will support them on other services when the basic services like cleaning the car also they couldnt do it properly thr first time!

Came here to wash and vacuum my car. But the foreign workers here keep hard sell asking to do inner wax even though I had said i don't want to. I had to say reject several times only he walks away with "black" face. Not a pleasant experience here

Being with this car wash for quite some time, a regular customer, but their cleaning is getting terrible. The last time i visited, they just simply wash and sent into machine. Not clean, and after i told the staff, they are so unwilling to clean. Terrible service. This is going to be the last time i visit this car wash!

Went on 3rd of July, a job well done for RM7 service 👍
