Very disappointed and frustrated with this service. After the watermark removal treatment, my windshield is now covered with visible bubbles. This problem did NOT exist before. The damage clearly happened during your process. This shows careless workmanship and poor handling of glass treatment chemicals. Watermark removal is supposed to improve clarity — not damage the glass surface. While the car wash service was excellent, the glass treatment is completely unacceptable. I expect proper accountability for this mistake.

I am very disappointed with the watermark removal service I received. After the treatment, noticeable bubble-like distortions appeared on my windshield, which were not present before. The glass surface was previously clear and smooth. This issue now affects visibility, especially under sunlight and at certain angles, which raises safety concerns while driving. Such results are unacceptable for a professional service. I expect the management to take responsibility, properly assess the damage, and provide an appropriate rectification. Customers should not have to bear the consequences of poor workmanship.

Will never go to this carwash again Just got back my car from repairing , and only saw my car got so many scratches from this carwash, I know my car is flooded car but doesn’t mean that they can just wash my car without care because they have too many customer After I complained to the carwash company the boss just throw it off with a sorry and said many customer complained as well . Even my back seat door leather is torn off . It’s a 6month old car when I sent my car there now the interior looks worse than a 5 years old car . Paid Rm1500 for this services .

Super satisfied with the service! My car was cleaned thoroughly inside and out, spotless and smells great too! The staff were friendly and paid great attention to detail. And the best part? It only cost RM30 for a full wash inside and out! So worth it. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely come again! 🚗✨

Poor workmanship. Paid RM360 to wrapping gloss black on Honda City Gn2 front grill & side mirrors but ended up to leaving scratches mark on both side mirrors. The wrappings are also not last for 24hrs when they first done it. They only refunded RM50 when asked to excluded the side mirrors. The good thing is that they are willing do the corrective work. But still, it is not worth the money because you can get better options with RM360. Anyway, they’re friendly, add one ⭐️for that.
