Friendliness is amazing. They have some of the packages that you can choose or you can customised it according your needs. Price is worth it. Recommended!
The Customers Service is RUDE. I had a bad experience when I went to wash my car here. They refused to do a simple car wash and forced me to take the package. The package is ridiculously made, where you have to complete it in a short period of time. Long time ago, I took the package and most of the time, it's wasted as you can't really carry forward for the next month. They only open from 10am to 7pm. If you come in after work around 6pm, most of the time they won't entertain you. This place is not Customer friendly at all.
Horrible experience which I experienced when I went to wash my car. Their water pressure gun is out of order and they didnt have a spare as well. What really angered me is that the staffs didnt even bother to notify me beforehand that their pressure gun is not working. They were literally washing my car by using small containers to pour water which doesnt make sense at all. Without pressure gun there's no way to wash away all the stubborn dirt on the car body. The best part is they still charged me full amount. Really bad service and no responsibility at all.
Just bring my car for car wash & vaccum only,cost me Rm27 ringgit!!! 6 months ago was Rm17 ringgit,ask the shop supervisor,and he said yours its normal car not small car,small car charge Rm17 ringgit,normal charge Rm27,snd this its pre.ium wash,if like that why dont just putting a wash & vaccum price tag so everyone know the price??? After paying didnt giving me offical receipt also..did anyone have the same experience too???
