Already book and pay deposit for ARUZ on 31/8/25. Ask for refund, but now already day 4 but management still failed to to do refund eventhough promised by staff multiple times. Cannot reach management through calling, staff give inactive phone number. No longer getting feedback from staff.Now about to do police report. Update 9/9/2025 - still did not get refund
