Great service! Initially I had trouble with the location of the rental but they patiently guided me to where their office is through the phone. They also extended the time for us regarding when to return the car because we wanted to use it for a longer time. They were extremely understanding when I returned the car 20 minutes later due to the traffic. Highly recommend!

I from Singapore, I being renting car from world car rental for many years now whenever I need to travel for both work or holidays, likewise to my colleague or friends whom need car renting services . To-date we have no issues or problems with them. My family and I like their prompt reply and services and they always got veriaty of car available to suit our requirements or budget. I will have no reservations to recommend them to all my friends or public. Sometimes bad comments might be very subjective and I'm convinced they will provide the reasonable services and quality as promised.

Dont book here. They gave me a very old car, it broke down after ~200km and I had costs of over 1000RM for repairs they said I would get back. I only got back 350 after several weeks of discussion. I was lied to several times and really feel betrayed as I was really helpful for those people. Especially Melvin, the boss is not a nice person to say the least.

Super easy and quick pick up, newer/clean vehicle. Small business so no credit card payments available, however small cash deposit required - Easily contactable by phone/WhatsApp. Fast vehicle return and close to Sentral bus station. Would recommend - Thanks Bob!

Car was dirty and smelly, no fuel topped up, we had to buy an air freshener and spray in the car. Totally not worth it for the high price (200RM/day). Will not rent from them again.

Dont bother booking thru their website.. 1 week didnt reply. When I called.. a stuck up chinese man answered with very bad customer manners and service. Waited for his update for car availability but til now no reply.. 3days.. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!
