WAHDAH (Langkawi Airport)

I strongly advise against renting from this company. When I faced a serious medical emergency and informed them before the scheduled pick-up time that I couldn’t come, they still refused to refund my money. About an hour later, I sent another message using the word ‘cancellation’ while I was already at the hospital, and they used this technicality as an excuse to keep the full amount. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of empathy and understanding. Even though I clearly explained my situation and contacted them in time, they chose to hide behind wording and technical details instead of doing the right thing. It’s disappointing to see such behavior — the company clearly prioritizes money over basic human decency.

I was on a 4 nights langkawi trip from 2 july to 6 july 2024. We were pleased with the service that Wahdah gave. Very efficient with the delivery and pickup of our car rental. Our POC Syazwan was friendly to us and patient too despite us coming in slightly late to return back the car.

Great experience with Wahdah Langkawi / LangkawiBook. We rented a car for a week. Easy and quick pick up and drop of at the airport, and on time. The car was reliable and good value. No problem when returning the car. Friendly staff, shout out to Syed and Syahidzam.

Online allemaal makkelijk te regelen maar eenmaal in de huurperiode is service eigenlijk ver te zoeken. Er wordt niet meer meegedacht bij vragen die je hebt. Een huurperiode verlengen kost de hoofdprijs en is veel duurder dan wanneer je in 1x de periode boekt.

We rented a car from Wahdah for our one week vacation in Langkawi. They provided us with a car that is clean and new. Pick up was a breeze from the airport. Service from Alif and his colleague is fast, friendly and efficient!
