Golden System Car Rental & Tours

到了古晉機場挑選了Golden system，後來查了Google reviews才知道評價甚差，非常擔心被坑。後來負責人Jessy掛保證自己服務好，也給我們新車。於是想說給Jessy一個機會。整個旅程中，車子完全沒問題，交車回給Jessy的過程順利也很棒。

I'm very dissapointed with Golden System Car Rental. My friends and I initially had a prepayment to rent two proton saga cars to Sarawak. However, when we arrive it was not as planned. There was a lack of communication with the boss and the employee and they did not reserved the cars for us. This shows how bad their services were. (note that: they never even apologize) After that, they expected us to wait at the airport for more than 3 hours. Our whole entire trip itinerary was distorted due to the time consume due to their negligence. Furthermore, they gave us an alza after that but told us to pay extra for it. I do not recommend this car rental service and never will.

Very bad, wanted a fun vacation in Kuching but instead this car rental service made it the worst vacation by lying saying everything about the car was new. We had a tyre puncture that time, and the time we called the boss, the boss told us that the tyre is new. When we check the tyre it was a 2016 tyre. The boss lied by saying it was new and even wanted us to pay for the tyre even though the tyre is punctured because of being old and not because of a nail or any other sharp things.

If you are reading this to find out whether this car rental is worth it. I promise you it is not. They will lie to you to not only get profit. But also squeeze money out of you. We rented a car that they said was good, but then the road tax has expired for over 5 months. After that, the tyre popped for being too old, they claimed that it was new, when we went to a tyre place. They said the tyre is old and it is from way back in 2016. That was the end of 2021. And they have the audacity to tell us to replace the tyres after giving an old car with no road tax and old tyres? If you don't believe me feel free to waste your money. But I have warned you. Like everyone else in this review box. They are disgustingly bad.

I booked Alza from GOLDEN SYSTEM CAR RENTAL & TOURS SDN BHD, they were very punctual, not fussy at all, the car condition was good and petrol was full tank, they sent the car to my hotel. I'm very pleased and satisfied with their service, thank you so much, will definitely book my car here again👍👍

They deserve no star. Incompetence in every way. Poor communication between employer employee! poor attitude of the staff ( wearing earphones when talking to us) We booked the cars months ago and paid the deposit. But the employer did not inform his employees about our booking. We negociated with them for more than an hour before we were given smaller cars ( not enough to put all luggages) One of the cars even had damaged battery.....

Actually I want to give no star,but we must give at least one star to give review,so I give one star. We booked the car from the boss before we arrived the place,but he did not communicate with workers,so we do not have car,the workers only caIled him.The boss told workers to help us *upgrade* to other cars.We only managed to get two cars after three hours arguments which led us wasted our precious time for first day of trip.However,the workers' attitudes are quite fine as they really helped us alot.
