We booked a car prior to our arrival to the airport from 07.07-14.07.2024. The staff were very helpful and efficient. We booked for a week where he suggest we buy additional insurance for the windshield, glass and tyres, to have a hassle free procedure, should anything happens throughout the rental period. On the 3rd day as we woke up, we were greeted by a flat tyre. We changed to a spare tyre and drive to Avis. We were given another car to use while they get our car fixed. Within less than an hour, they called informing that the tyre is fixed, we can collect as soon as we could. On the day we returned the car, the process was thorough and efficient. We were very satisfied and will definitely choose Avis the next time around. 😊

Already booked and full payment but they said didn't receive any reservations and cancelled my booking!!! I have parents with me awaiting at the counter as there's no one there!!! Strongly not suggest this company!! Bad service I ever had!!!!!
