Terima kasih kpd RentACar KK kerana memberikan perkhidmatan yg baik dlm menguruskn proses menyewa kereta dr awal sehinggalah hari terakhir kami di KK. Paling happy apabila kereta diupgrade tanpa cas kepada MyVI (A) krn Viva (A) sudah tidak available pd tarikh yg kami nak sewa. Condition kereta secara umum pun baik dr aspek enjin, aircon, brake, tayar, accessories, kebersihan interior dan exterior. Masalah minor yg sy perasan cuma alignment sikit lari ke kiri, itu sahaja. Contact person utama kami, En Zainal juga sgt professional dan communicative. Beliau ada menghantar SMS reminder/confirmation utk menyenangkn proses menyewa supaya tak kelam kabut last minute dan beliau juga cepat reply SMS kalau ada pertanyaan. Diharap dpt kekalkan kualiti servis begitu untuk masa akan dtg.

so far semua servis ok daripada harga, quality kereta.

Good service by the staff, Zainal. Car in good condition and they can deliver the car to your hotel at a pre-arranged time. Given its good business, it is advisable to book early your preferred car as you may end up having to take other cars if you book late. Advisable to book at least 1-2 weeks before the date you need the car and avoid the disappointment of last minute rush in contacting their office as Sunday is a non-working day. Rates are negotiable depending on your rental period. Overall, a satisfactory service and reasonable rental rates. If I go to KK again, I will definitely consider renting a car from Journey Kinabalu again.

Very good condition car, my whole family enjoy the ride, the service was good they send n pickup the car from airport for free. Small suggestion is please sell the parking coupons to customers n advice customers about parking in kota Kinabalu to avoid any Samans n customers return the cat without paying it, other than that it is perfect. Tq n keep up your good service.
