One of the best car rental experiences I've had in many countries. Quick to reply, affordable, very communicative. Booking process straightforward and easy, no hidden fees or extra insurances. My car overheated and I was forced to pull over about 1.5 hrs from KK. They sent someone immediately to fix it and gave me an upgraded car right there. The whole staff is just so kind and friendly. If you are looking for an honest, reliable car company look no further. I would recommend to anyone 100%; do yourself a favor and don't hesitate. I'll book again with them again for sure! we booked and had a white myvi 1.5cc to travel in Kundasang The car was not properly maintained, basic things like water for wiper is not working, car key controller no battery. The lock & unlock button at the driver car door handle is not working When we check the car service sticker, the full service was done in the beginning of the year 2022. The car brake and handbrake were not sensitive, side mirror had to manually adjust from the outside. Good side is the PIC responds to messages very quickly. just that he cannot fix our problems 😅 No discounts were given as we faced these problems. Booking was easy on the website and it's cheaper than in whatsapp Probably need to consider booking via whatsapp to see whether the service there is better

Love it! Excellent service with very friendly crew members delivering and receiving the car. My flight was delayed for about a few minutes so I decided to let them know. They responded to my WhatsApp within minutes, and made an instant rearrangement for the car I'm about to rent. Car is in great condition. Car rental process was easy and fast. If you drop by KK and want to drive a car, this is the car rental company that I strongly recommend.

Time punctuality needs to be improve, waited for an hour for the car to be deliver. Besides that, overall experience is fine. They gave me an upgrade with the same price given. Good car condition and fast response. Will engage with Global Lepa if return.
