From the initial Web booking followed with communication via WhatsApp regarding the vehicle availability to the actual pick-up and return at Kota Bharu Airport, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I was updated at every step, Ika ensured the handover went smoothly—even accommodating flexible pick-up arrangements, which I really appreciated and Hafiz facilitated the return of the car at the airport gate #3. Both were friendly, helpful, and responsive, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Very friendly staff. Ika was very kind and to ensure timely delivery of our rental car, she even check our flight number to ensure she was there when we arrive. This reduce waiting time as we got our car once we steoped out f the airport. Returning was also the same, she was already at the airport waiting for us to arrive. Smooth and hassle free transaction. No time wasted on waiting.
