THE BEST car rental service in Kota Bharu, guaranteed. To those who are not familiar with the local attitude/culture, please bear with the staff if you feel a bit uncomfortable. Thats how i felt in the beginning years knowing them. In my opinion, show people the respect you wish to receive and they will return it for sure. Been using their services for 3 years straight now, highly recommended. Take care of their cars, because they ensure that their fleet is in superb condition all the time.

Pros: +friendly and helpful office staff +clean cars +responsive service Cons: -had a bad experience with the staff outside the arrival hall, they told me without checking there was no cars to rent, even though it was only 8am. Overall, good car rental service. Has been renting from them since the handful of times in Kelantan. Don't go to counter at arrival hall, just head straight to office by the airport entrance.

Cars rented come with full fuel and upon return of the cars you need to fill up the fuel to full tank otherwise charges of the fuel up to full tank will be imposed. Only credit cards accepted here. Condition and quality of the cars are very good. It will check scratches and dents before renting the cars to you so please double check with the agents in charge and bring torch lights if you are renting at night.

Inform customer in advance that inter-region travel is not allowed via online booking form, mobile applications, email, phone calls and information disclaimer on the official website. Customer does not like nasty surprises! Front office staff subtlety blame the customer for not telling hawk that he intended to travel inter-region whereas the onus / responsibility is on the staff and Hawk to inform beforehand. Any blame game or accusation towards the customers will not work and result in business-losing situation! Even if you won the argument with the customer, you will lose business from that customer and other customers in the future! Customer who is treated poorly will tell other potential customers (negative adverse word-of-mouth marketing)!!!
