So far so good. Staff are courteous but they go by the book. No more cham siong. When pick up the rented vehicle, must make sure all scratches, dents are taken down to avoid disputes when returning the car. Otherwise will have to pay for repairs. Even if the scratches or dents are not caused by the driver but by flying debris, sands and stones when following behind heavy vehicles, the repair to damage as a result, will still have to borne by the hirer. Make sure all four tyres are visually properly inflated. If one or two tyres are not at the correct pressure, get the staff to inflate the tyres. Also check the booth to make sure the spare tyre is inside and properly inflated. Also check that the jacking tools are together with the spare tyre. Also make sure there are no foreign bundles or objects which you don't expect to be in the vehicle. If there are, get the staff to remove them from the car. Otherwise, it could ends up a lousy and inconvenient experience.
