Ms Nia service is superb! Fast , efficient clear. The car we got is also very comfortable. For improvement, good to add navigation app in car or at least a device to hold our phone during navigation.

Need car urgently by 8am, went the day before to settle payment and paperwork first. And what happened? The office is not even open yet at 8am despite us already telling them we need to collect the car by 8! They are closed on Sunday so we had to return car to another place called Coronade House carpark nearby. After dropping off the key, we found there was noone at the counter to validate our parking entry card. There was a contact number on the glass but noone picked up the call...in fact, we could even hear the phone ringing on the empty counter! Took about 15mins before a sleepy-eyed man came out from the back room. What a terrible experience with Hertz!!

The location of their office is easy to find, just beside the CIQ mall. If you can see the narrow alley, you can just go straight and you will see their office. The staff who accommodated us was professional and explained the details to us even where we can park the car when we return it. There's supposed to be designated spot to park the Hertz cars but it was all full when we returned it so we have to find another spot that wasn't designated (I guess it should be okay). Overall, the experience was okay and the car worked perfectly fine.

Very easy transaction. Near to City Square Mall. staff are friendly. Car is clean and good from inside out. Overall very satisfy with the service provided and will definitely rent car from them again

I had a great experience with Hertz Malaysia at the Johor Bahru Downtown location. A very special thank you to Ms. Kurnia, who assisted me during both pickup and return. At pickup, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the rental agreement. She also walked me through the car’s condition and controls, making sure I was comfortable before driving off. The car itself was almost brand new—very clean and in excellent condition. When I returned the vehicle, the branch was about to close in 5 minutes, but Kurnia still provided top-notch customer service. She handled the return smoothly and without any hassle. Highly recommend this location—thanks again, Kurnia, for making the whole experience easy and pleasant!

Supposed to pick up car at 8.00am after purposely can a day early for the paper work but end out office is still not open. Still waiting, wasting our time..... Very disappointed.

The office was very easy to find. The staff were friendly and efficient. They even gave us a free upgrade. The car was clean and well maintained. Moreover, we accidentally left behind our Touch n Go card in the car at return and they kept it for us for a few days till we could pick it up. Highly recommended!
