I just booked a car at Senai International Airport. Booking process is simple. Leasing price (with insurance) is reasonable. Staffs at the counter is helpful and polite.
Their service at this location office improved tremendously compared to one year ago. Before that, the staff purposely reply that there is no car available if you booked at non office hour.
Very good service, vehicles are new, customer service is very good, they even help sent me to CIQ after my car return. Keep up the good work guys!
Great rates, good staff, only problem is you have to take a local drive to this place from Johor Bharu immigration. But worth the time and money spent for the quality
Hired a Nissan Almera. Nice Car. No hidden costs and stuff. Dropped off car late night. No issues.
