Amelia deliver the car without Complaint even my flight delayed for an hour, and even made the trouble to return my forgotten car charger . Superior service . Will book again.

Overall, I'm satisfied with their service. Totally agreed with some of other customers' comments, it may not be the cheapest in the market but surely their reliability & very good service surpass the expectation. From the moment I booked the rented car, to the pick up until the return of our rented car. I can say, HASSLE FREE!! Absolutely, no hidden charges. All prepared and done within the short amount of time. I've waited for 2 weeks plus before I write this review to really checked and proved their reliability which I am now satisfied with my own observation. Superb customer service as well. I’m very impressed with the overall service. I needed a car urgently to travel cross state, so I found Bob’s Car rental website online. I always prefer small size vehicle so I booked Myvi but the staff was very considerate and offer me a comp upgrade to Proton Bezza cause it’s safer for highway travel. The car it’s new and well maintained, and the price is very reasonable. I definitely will be back. Suggest the company is offer the all-in insurance protection as accident is always unpredictable.

Got to know about this company while browsing the web. Very glad that I found them ! Justin was very helpful from the start to finish and replies in a quick and informative matter. His team , Puan Salmah and uncle was the same, prepared the car in great condition & very punctual. The pick up and drop off process was simple and quick, car is in clean condition and had no mechanical issues. Overall , they were beyond my expectation and I would recommend anyone who wants to rent a car to get it from New Bob.

The car was sleek clean and perfectly functionable. Driving around Penang was a breeze. Mr. Eng is also a nice guy and he loves making his customers happy through their service.
