ATU TWO GROUP - Car & Van Rental, Penang tours

I was staying across the street and wanted to rent a scooter for two days. Went in and talked about pricing which they don't have posted anywhere and quoted me a higher price than what I read online from other shops. Got him to lower it a bit to be more in line with other shops on the island and while we were filling out the paperwork he stated the deposit would be $200 MYR. I told him I had been in Malaysia and no one charged more than $100. He and another gentlemen in the shop got extremely rude so I asked for the paperwork which had my contact information etc. Again they snapped and were extremely rude. I should have stuck to my instinct and went with my first choice which I eventually rented from who was 10x nicer. I would avoid this shop and the rude and aggressive workers.

Musíme ocenít tuto půjčovnu. Na Penangu jsme si půjčili auto na 3,5 dne s vrácením na letišti. Kontaktování a komunikace přes WhatsApp je na vysoké úrovni. Vše co bylo domluveno, tak platilo. Rozhodně s klidným svědomím můžeme doporučit!

Honest and good price for car rental and airport transfer. It was easy to organise with them via WhatsApp. They dropped off and picked up the car from the house. I would use them again when I am in Penang.

I used ATU for car rental and airport transfer. The customer service via Whatsapp and phone call is friendly, fast and flexible to my needs. It is suitable if you are staying in Baru Ferringhi area; they sent someone to pick me up from my AirBnB to their office, at no extra charge. Just one complaint: one of the cars I rented had a strong mothball smell, which was rather uncomfortable.

They communicate rudely, it’s hard to get information out of them, and their prices are overpriced
